Together with our strategic partners at Bluebird Storage and Meckelborg Financial Group, StoreWest has acquired 2 acres of prime real estate in order to build Calgary’s first integrated car wash / self-storage facility.

This new project is located in the middle of the community of Mahogany.  Located in SE Calgary, Mahogany is one of Calgary’s most affluent and successful communities.  The new facility is part of Phase 2 of Hopewell’s Mahogany Village Market.  Phase 1 includes tenants such as Sobeys, Shoppers Drugmart, Dairy Queen, and many of the big banks.

This innovative design will internalize both the wash tunnel and customer stacking within the building to provide a premium wash experience while also minimizing the outward footprint on the community.  Capable of processing over 120 cars per hour, this express tunnel will utilize the latest technology to provide a quality wash in an environmentally positive manner.
