Bluebird Storage - Rue Seigneuriale
OPENING Q4/2025

The established in-fill sub-market of Beauport is conveniently located only 6 kilometers East of Quebec City’s Downtown core. Characterized by dense single-family neighbourhoods and a regional retail plaza, this area of Quebec City is uniquely under-served with available self-storage products, and Quebec City overall does not feature many facilities that could be considered Class ‘A’. Beauport is the easternmost of old Quebec City’s six boroughs, and its southeastern boundary follows along the shore of the Saint Lawrence River. The borough is further divided into five districts that are characterized by established middle-class neighbourhoods, historic homes near the waterfront, and considerable retail development along Felix Leclerc Highway (Hwy 40). This mature and under-served sub-market will continue to intensify and Bluebird has the opportunity to build a flagship location on its most heavily traveled corridor. Predictably, the entire population in the East of the city will be familiar with this Bluebird location, and with the addition of a second Class ‘A’ facility (Boulevard Charest) in the West end, Bluebird’s state-of-the-art self storage facilities will provide safe, secure and fully-amenitized self storage, as many other cities in Canada currently enjoy.
