The established in-fill sub-market of Beauport is conveniently located only 6 kilometers East of Quebec City’s Downtown core. Characterized by dense single-family neighbourhoods and a regional retail plaza, this area of Quebec City is uniquely under-served with available self-storage products, and Quebec City overall does not feature many facilities that could be considered Class ‘A’. Beauport is the easternmost of old Quebec City’s six boroughs, and its southeastern boundary follows along the shore of the Saint Lawrence River.
